Challenge
The Swedish Migrations Agency wanted their immigration officers to be able to practice meetings with asylum seekers and see how their actions could have different consequences and get a better understanding of what an asylum seeker goes through. The experience is also meant to give a look into how the future of these meetings could look like with AR technology.
Solution
In this VR experience you get to observe two different scenarios. The first one is how a meeting with an asylum seeker looks like today from the perspective of an immigration officer. The second scenario is how a meeting could look like in the future if AR technology was used. With the help of AR the immigration officer could get useful information about the asylum seeker during their meeting.
